This Privacy Policy explains how Bulin 47 AI ("we", "us") at bulin47.video collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1. Account information: your name, email address, profile picture and sign-in identifiers when you create an account, for example with Google or email.
2. Photos and videos: the photos you upload, the style and options you choose, and the videos generated from them.
3. Purchase information: your order history and credit balance. Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake (see section 4). We never see or store your full card number.
4. Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your videos and show them in My videos.
• To manage your account, credits and purchases.
• To prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and review reported content.
• To answer support requests and send essential account emails.
• To understand overall usage and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data or your photos, and we do not use your photos to train AI models ourselves.

3. Your Photos and Videos

• Your photo is sent to our AI video providers only to generate the video you asked for.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept in cloud storage so you can find them in My videos. Files are stored at unlisted links that we don't publish, but anyone you share a link with can open that file.
• You can ask us to delete any of your photos or videos at any time by emailing support@bulin47.video.

4. Service Providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:

• Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, for payments, tax and receipts. Waffo collects your payment details directly under its own privacy policy.
• AI video providers, to generate videos from your photo.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers, to run the website and store your files.
• Sign-in and email providers, to log you in and send account emails.
• Analytics providers, to measure overall site usage.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove your personal data, photos and videos within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, such as order records.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and limited access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the CCPA, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email support@bulin47.video and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The Service is not meant for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a photo of a minor was uploaded, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page.
