Refund Policy

How refunds work for Bulin 47 AI credit packs bought through Waffo, our Merchant of Record, and what happens when a video fails.

This Refund Policy applies to credit packs bought on bulin47.video. Please read it together with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that apply where you live.

One-Time Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel, and you will not be charged again unless you buy another pack.

Failed Videos Are Refunded Automatically

If a video fails because of a system or AI provider error, the credits used for it go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us. If the credits haven't returned within an hour, email us with the task ID.

When You Can Get a Refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • you have not used any credits from the pack,
  • you were charged more than once for the same order,
  • credits you paid for were never added to your account, or
  • a technical problem on our side stopped you from making videos and we could not fix it.

In other cases we may offer a partial refund for unused credits, reviewed one request at a time.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Unless the law requires otherwise, we don't refund:

  • credits already used for completed videos,
  • dissatisfaction with the creative style of a completed video (try another photo or style first, and we're happy to help),
  • credits that expired after their validity period,
  • free, bonus or promotional credits, or
  • accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@bulin47.video from the address on your account and include:

  • your order number (from your Waffo receipt),
  • the date and amount of the charge, and
  • a short description of the problem.

We usually reply within 2 business days.

How Refunds Are Paid

Payments on bulin47.video are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Waffo to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the matching credits are removed from your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems can be solved quickly by email. This doesn't affect your right to dispute a charge.
