Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulin 47 AI, the AI video generator at bulin47.video (the "Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, TikTok or any other rights holder of the original video.

1. The Service

Bulin 47 AI lets you upload a photo and generate a brand-new, AI-generated short vertical video in the style of the viral Bulin 47 freestyle, starring the person or pet in your photo. Videos are generated by third-party AI video models: Seedance 2.0 Fast by ByteDance by default, with MiniMax H3 by MiniMax as a backup. Results depend on the photo you upload, and we do not guarantee that a result will match your expectations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy credits.
• You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your sign-in details secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free credits is not allowed.

3. Credits

• Videos are paid for with credits. The credit cost of each video is shown on the Generate button before you start.
• Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If a generation fails because of a system or AI provider error, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo Pancake. Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for all orders on bulin47.video: it processes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to the Waffo buyer terms and privacy policy shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, and you will not be charged again unless you buy another pack.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. For billing questions, email support@bulin47.video with your order number.

5. Your Uploads and Consent

• Only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you must have their consent.
• Do not upload photos of minors, or photos of public figures or celebrities without their consent.
• You keep the rights you have in your uploads. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our AI providers, only to generate your videos and run the Service.

6. Generated Videos

• Subject to these Terms, you may download, keep and share the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial use, such as posting them on your own social media accounts.
• Every video is AI-generated and inspired by a viral video that belongs to third parties. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos, including following the rules of the platforms where you post them and labeling them as AI-generated.
• Do not present a generated video as real footage of the person in your photo, and do not use it to deceive, harass or defame anyone.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share:

1. Pornography, nudity or other sexual (NSFW) content, or sexualized content of anyone.
2. Violence, gore or threatening content.
3. Hate speech or harassment.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation: content that shows a real person without their consent, impersonates someone, or is meant to make people believe it is real.
6. Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
7. Spam, fraud, or political or election-related deception.

You also may not reverse engineer or scrape the Service, bypass rate limits or safety filters, or resell access to it.

We use automated filters and may review reported content. We may refuse, remove or delete any content, and suspend accounts that break these Terms. The full rules, how we moderate content and how enforcement and appeals work are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Reports and Removal Requests

If you believe a video made with the Service breaks these Terms or violates your rights, email support@bulin47.video with the subject "Content report". Include the video link or task ID, the reason for your report and any supporting evidence. We review reports within 48 hours. If your account was restricted and you think it was a mistake, you can appeal at the same address. Appeals are reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all generated videos are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed for breaking these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
