How many credits does one video cost?
A 480p video costs 10 credits and a 720p HD video costs 30. Starter covers 1 video in 480p, Pro covers 3 in 480p or 1 in 720p HD, and Party covers 5 in 480p or 1 in 720p HD plus 2 in 480p.
What's the difference between 480p and 720p HD?
480p looks good on a phone screen and costs 10 credits. 720p HD has sharper faces and details and costs 30 credits. Anyone can pick either quality before tapping Generate; nothing is locked to a pack.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay valid for 1 year from the purchase date. Your balance is shown next to the Generate button.
What if a video fails?
If a render fails because of a system or AI provider error, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days if you haven't used any credits from the pack, or if a problem on our side stopped you from making videos. The Refund Policy has the details.
Who processes my payment?
Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record. Waffo handles the payment, sales tax and your receipt. We never see your full card number.
